You’ll specifically take care of preparing cost estimations and consolidating tender costs, but also support project teams on costing aspects until the Critical Project Review (CPR1).

We’ll look to you for:

  • Preparing quick costing during the pre-tendering phase, leveraging product cost databases and project execution insights
  • Supporting Bid Managers in preparing Instructions for Quotation (IFQ) in line with pricing strategies
  • Defining cost structures and target costs per activity or subsystem
  • Leading cost estimation activities and driving cost improvement actions
  • Collaborating with Finance Tender Managers to optimize financial costs and improve competitiveness
  • Consolidating tender costs and selling price in alignment with financial rules
  • Ensuring consistency between scope of work, costing, and planning
  • Supporting tender validation processes and preparing costing packages for review meetings
  • Transferring tender costing data and assumptions to project teams
  • Providing costing support for variation orders as needed
