INTRODUCTION : 

In this position you will report to the Total Reward Manager Benelux. You will work in the HR department with other HR functions locally and centrally.

 

POSITION OVERVIEW: 

As Total Reward Specialist, you will participate effectively and efficiently to the management of compensation and benefit programs, consistent and aligned with company policy and applicable laws.  You will be in charge of the management of the international mobilities for the Benelux and also focus on HRIS implementation/maintenance and related fields, delivering quality service to internal customers. Make sure that the appropriate reporting and analytics are available to drive the HR activities. You work in close cooperation with a process & tools worldwide network to make sure HR function is fully autonomous in using HRIS systems and supporting employees. The purpose of the position is achieving continuous improvement of HR process operational excellence and offer full support in driving organizational performance.        

           

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Manage international mobility process in close coordination with expatriation center, HRBPs, payroll colleague and external tax providers;
  • Participate to the management of compensation and benefit process / programs i.e. Salary review, pension plan, salary survey;
  • Participate to the management of deployment or update of new local policies as car policy, benefits, …
  • Assist in creating/revising process/policies related to benefit programs.
  • Communicate the HRIS Strategy and news/improvements concerning company tools;
  • HRIS content maintenance ensuring accuracy at all time;

 

SKILLS & EDUCATION  

  • Min. Bachelor Degree
  • Min. 2-5 years’ experience in HR position
  • Good language skills : French and English. Knowledge of Dutch an asset.
  • Demonstrated interest in HR.
