Manage the overall or specific Warranty activities on a site, a country or a region.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

Key accountabilities:

  • Manage all or specific Warranty activities such as Warranty Implementation, Warranty Support, PrWMs, Warranty Reliability Engineers, Warranty tenders and finance, etc. related to the site, country or region
  • Manage and approve QCD budget commitment for Warranty scope of each project during execution as well as at tender phase
  • Manage interface with Customer Directors, Project Directors, and Head of operational Functions such as Quality and Engineering
  • Manage interface with Customer representatives, if required
  • Ensure proper management of Reliability Growth, Availability and other contractual commitments with respect to product warranty
  • Ensure proper implementation and respect of EHS and Railways Safety
  • Ensure people recruitment and competency management according to needs of all relevant Warranty activities
  • Ensure proper Warranty Return of Experience to other operational functions (Engineering, Industrial, T&C, Quality)
  • Ensure Warranty standard process deployment and adherence including audit performance (internal and external)
  • Ensure consistency of Warranty operation amongst projects and different product lines
  • Ensure an optimization of Warranty operation in collaboration with Service organization, if applicable
  • Promote the Alstom Code of Ethics and adherence to the highest standards of ethical conduct
  • Drive other Functions’ contribution to the achievement of Warranty commitments and targets

  • Team management of all contributors to Warranty function

  • Achievement of contractual targets with respect to Warranty
  • Achievement of end of general contractual warranty on time
  • Adherence to Warranty Budget QCD
  • Containment and solution of K1S/K2 issues on time
  • Site, country or Region DFQ GO on time with respect to Warranty subjects incl. FQA
  • Audit results (internal and external)
  • Customer satisfaction survey result
  • Zero LTA

 

MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES

Educational Requirements

Mandatory:

  • (Post) Graduate in Engineering or Industrial ***
  • Internal EHS training
  • English

Master’s degree in Engineering
