Reliability and Maintainability Engineer – Join Our Team in Charleroi!
Are you passionate about system performance and sustainable mobility?
We are looking for an experienced Reliability and Maintainability Engineer (minimum 5 years) to contribute to innovative railway projects.
- Your Role
- Ensure our solutions are reliable, available, and easy to maintain throughout their lifecycle.
- Define performance strategies for each project and lead related analyses.
- Perform advanced studies such as failure mode analysis, reliability predictions, and maintainability assessments.
- Monitor operational data, identify root causes, and propose improvement actions.
- Recommend design choices to meet reliability and maintainability targets.
- Collaboration Across Disciplines
You will work closely with:
- System Architects and Design Engineers to influence architecture and design decisions.
- Safety Engineers to align reliability goals with safety requirements.
- Project Managers and Tender Teams to support bids and optimize lifecycle costs.
- Installation and Maintenance Teams to collect feedback and improve serviceability.
- External stakeholders such as customers, suppliers, and subcontractors for technical alignment.
- Your Profile
- Engineering degree
- Proven experience in reliability and maintainability, with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a structured and collaborative way, solving complex problems under pressure.
- Good command of English.
Nice to have: railway industry knowledge and fluent in French.
