Could you be the full-time Project Planning Manager in Charleroi we’re looking for ?
Your rôle :
Take on a new challenge and apply your project management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, proactive, and innovative teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects by managing schedules, fostering alignment across teams, and driving on-time performance. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Engineering, Industrial, Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Quality), facilitate synchronization among stakeholders, and act as a trusted deputy to the Project Manager. You’ll also support decision-making with accurate and timely scheduling information and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of developing and maintaining project schedules for your area, but also steering execution through robust scheduling and proactive coordination.
We’ll look to you for :
- Collaborating closely with the Project Manager and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment across the project team.
- Owning the time management aspect of the project to support on-time delivery (OTD) performance.
- Developing and maintaining internal/customers project schedules.
- Issuing planning deliverables efficiently and accurately.
- Facilitating synchronization across internal stakeholders.
- Proactively managing project interfaces and driving delivery excellence.

- Degree in Engineering or Business.
- Experience or understanding of project management or industrial processes.
- Knowledge of internal processes such as Tenders, Projects, Engineering, Sourcing, and Supply Chain.
- Familiarity with project scheduling processes and tools (experience as a project scheduler is a plus).
- A Planning Certification (desirable).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt communication to different audiences.
- Agility to manage schedule simulations, scenarios, and shifting project goals.
- Collaborative management skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment.
