Purpose of the Job
Are you ready to take on a pivotal leadership role as the Project Engineering Manager (PrEM) where you will ensure that engineering excellence drives project success? You'll be at the heart of our operations, leading a multidisciplinary effort to deliver Engineering Work Packages while ensuring that our Quality, Cost, and Deadline (QCD) commitments are consistently met. Acting as the technical leader within the core project team, you will embody and promote the company’s values of Team, Trust, and Action, while facilitating smooth communication with stakeholders and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Engineering Leadership: Oversee and coordinate the work of the engineering core team (Power, Mechanical, RAMS, Validation, Software), ensuring alignment and efficient delivery of Engineering Work Packages.
- Project Management: Develop and implement the Engineering Management Plan, monitor performance, and manage risks to keep the project on track.
- Customer Collaboration: Represent engineering in front of internal customers, providing updates on progress, issues, and risks while delegating technical discussions to experts when needed.
- Resource & Workload Planning: Anticipate staffing needs, resolve capacity challenges, and communicate updates on workloads and forecasts.
- Quality & Delivery: Lead design reviews, manage product modifications, and ensure adherence to quality standards while supporting DFQ Gate Reviews and QCD objectives.

- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of budgets, timelines, and financial metrics.
- Team Player: Proven ability to motivate cross-functional teams and drive results in a collaborative setting.
