Purpose of the Job

 

As a Production Overhead Controller, you will be responsible for managing the Sites performance by controlling the cost (both industrial and engineering activity), ensuring competitive hourly rate, and animate transversal processes.

 

 

Your responsibilities:

 

  • Measure & improve cost performance, plan adequately.
    • Hourly Rates & Coefficients calculation, impacts analysis with support to decision making
    • Monthly analysis of the activity: workload and headcounts follow-up
    • Production Overhead (POH) controlling including Under / Over recovery analysis: proposal of action plans to improve the performance
    • Challenge cost center owners on actual performance vs budget and seek improvements
  • Ensure proper communication with right level of urgency and improve the processes:
    • Improve the interactions with cost center owners and optimize the cost and headcounts monitoring
    • Ensure proper structure in SAP to allow the costs follow-up (cost center structure, analytical accounts…)

 

Your profile:

 

  • 5 years + of experience as Industrial / POH Controller
  • Accounting /Finance/ Management Control Degree
  • French and English fluent
  • Experienced in SAP and highly skilled in Excel
  • Appetite to simply complex matters  
  • Focus on process optimizations
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Team player
  • Autonomous
  • Solution-oriented.
