PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The DC Performance Manager is responsible for defining and following the performance standards and indicators that will be used to measure and evaluate the performance of employees, teams and the organization as a whole.
ORGANISATION
Reports directly to the DC Director (and liaise permanently with the DC Engineering Department Head)
Network & Links
Internal (Charleroi) : Program managers, Group Leaders, Planning & quality team, Site workload manager
External (Other sites) : Other DCs performance managers, Performance & Transformation director
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
Key Accountabilities
- Follow up the capacity-workload balance in a monthly basis, analyse inconsistencies and discuss them with group leaders & program managers.
- Ensure the monitoring and reporting of departement KPIs at departement, site & centrale level and update monthly the mainline dashboard & planning toolbox.
- Prepare and analyse inputs for S&OP submissions.
- Manage the departement review monthly meeting.
- Participate in tools improvement project (Capacity-Workload-Finance database establishment).

MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES
Educational Requirements
Mandatory: Master Degree
Competencies & Skills
- Business intelligence, data management
- Expert level in Excel
- Database Mastery
