We are currently looking for a
Project Cybersecurity Engineer in our nicely located office in Charleroi - Belgium.

 

Your mission?
You will be working on Cybersecurity activities for our Railways Mainline Signalling Projects (customer contract execution).  

Key accountabilities:

  • Performs cybersecurity tasks autonomously on signalling projects
  • Analyze Project security needs (including laws and local regulations)
  • Collects system Cybersecurity requirements and supports requirements derivation up to the component level 
  • Cascading of requirement to suppliers, Manage Third Parties Risks
  • Conducts risk assessments, prepares cyber design inputs, performs evaluations 
  • Interfaces with engineering, V&V, external suppliers 
  • Produces cybersecurity deliverables with support of Project Cybersecurity Manager
  • Defines Cybersecurity Operating Procedures
  • Supports vulnerability management and incident follow-up 
  • Evaluates Project achieved Cybersecurity level

Autonomy and Behaviours:

  • Autonomous on standard cybersecurity scopes
  • Identifies technical issues proactively
  • Clear communication with Project Cyber Manager / Engineering 
  • Produces reliable documentation

Performance measurements:

  • Good documentation and reporting skills 
  • Demonstrated autonomy across projects
  • Ability to solve issues or contribute to their solution
  • Dynamic, autonomous. Creativity and ability to work in a complex environment

Your profile?

To be considered for this role, you would need to have the following:

  • Engineer in degree level and Engineering background
  • Good knowledge of main Cybersecurity standards and regulations (ISO 27K, NIST, 62443)
  • Knowledge of some Cybersecurity solutions and areas
  • Methods of Cybersecurity risk analysis
  • Architecture concepts and techniques of systems and networks, operating systems and associated programming languages
  • Able to challenge technical solutions and propose mitigations
  • Experience in embedded or industrial systems (like railway / aeronautics ...) – desirable
  • Cybersecurity certification such as: GICSP, CISSP, GSEC, CISM – desirable.
