Could you be the full-time Train System Engineer in Vadodara we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering and system design expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the performance, functionality, and safety of our train systems, contributing to the development of smarter and more sustainable mobility solutions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Project Management, and more), act as a technical interface with customers, and lead engineering studies to deliver high-quality technical deliverables.
You’ll specifically take care of defining the global train system architecture and leading verification and validation activities, but also supporting the resolution of technical challenges during the train revenue service phase.
We’ll look to you for:

Ensuring the train meets global performance requirements

Developing and allocating system requirements across subsystems

Conducting operational and functional analysis

Defining and validating train system architecture

Leading train integration and tuning phases

Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including customers and suppliers

Engineer degree or Master of Engineering from a recognized institution

Experience in train engineering, with at least 5 years of relevant experience

Proven track record in train development projects, with involvement in at least 3 projects

Strong customer focus and management skills

Ability to navigate challenges with a solution-oriented mindset

Fluency in English and the local language of the site

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to travel as required
