Could you be the full-time Test Means Manager in our dynamic Validation team we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering and project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and solution-oriented teammates.
You'll manage the Train Lab preparation and operation, ensuring it is ready for tests on time in the correct configuration. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Train Validation Engineers, System Engineers, and Project Managers), coordinate with suppliers for test configuration inputs, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of the TrainLab's performance and availability, but also extend your expertise to other functional test means such as Cosimulation computers and TCMS Testbench.
We’ll look to you for:

Ensuring 100% compliance with EHS rules, especially regarding activities on TrainLab and TestBench

Preparation of the laboratory before the reception of test means

Development and integration of specific models for testing

Transversal management of input suppliers for timely configuration preparation

Control of test configurations against applicable standards

Planning and maintenance of TrainLab operations

Effective management of the TrainLab Work Package

Degree in Engineering or Master of Science (Engineering, Physical Sciences, or related fields)

Experience or understanding of validation means (Testbench, simulators, etc.)

Knowledge of software integration and validation phases

Familiarity with railway, health, defence, aeronautical, or automotive domains

Competency in managing work packages for sub-contractors
-
Proficiency in English and understanding of DFQ cycle

Autonomy and a rigorous approach to complex tasks
