Could you be the full-time EDU Manager in Vadodara we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive software development lifecycle expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and solution-focused teammates.
You'll lead the delivery of software baselines in accordance with Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) requirements. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Train Control Engineers, Sub-System Engineers, Verification & Validation Leaders), manage software development resources, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of managing the Software Development- MPU and SDE-DDU activities, but also ensure the application of standard methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
We’ll look to you for:

Ensuring efficient domain operations within project development

Developing and sharing reusable design patterns
-
Promoting and managing continuous improvement within your team

Maintaining traceability and configuration of development tools
-
Supporting tender costing and project technical/process issues

Accountability for software validation

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Experience or understanding of software development and hardware-software integration

Knowledge of network protocols like MVB, Ethernet, CAN, RS232, RS485
-
Familiarity with model-based development tools such as Matlab/Simulink, Control Build
-
A certification in project management or relevant field.

Proven leadership in managing full product life-cycles
-
Experience in managing work packages for sub-contractors
