Could you be the full-time EDU Manager in Vadodara we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive software development lifecycle expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and innovative teammates.

You'll manage the delivery of high-quality software baselines in alignment with QCD requirements. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Train Control Engineers, Sub-System Engineers, Verification & Validation Leaders), oversee software development resources and activities, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of advancing our software development processes, as well as ensuring the successful integration of software modules within the TCMS subsystem.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Applying and improving standard methodologies and tools to ensure domain efficiency within projects

  • Sharing re-usable design patterns and promoting continuous improvement within your team

  • Managing traceability and configuration of design tools used by your team

  • Contributing to tender costing and technical or process support for projects

  • Ensuring the proper management and traceability of hardware and software configurations

  • Monitoring and reporting KPIs to the Software Domain Leader and being accountable for Software Validation

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

  • Experience or understanding of software development in the Railway or Automotive domain

  • Knowledge of model-based development tools like Matlab/Simulink, Control Build, etc.

  • Familiarity with network protocols like MVB, Ethernet, CAN, RS232, RS485

  • A certification in project management or software engineering

  • Proven leadership skills with a minimum of 2 years managing a team

  • Ability to manage work packages for sub-contractors effectively
