Could you be the full-time EDU Manager in our dynamic team?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive software development and management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and supportive teammates.

You'll be instrumental in managing Software Development resources and activities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software baselines in line with QCD requirements. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Train Control Engineers, Sub-System Engineers, Verification & Validation Leaders), oversee SDE-MPU and SDE-DDU activities, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of continuous improvement initiatives, manage traceability and configuration of development tools, but also contribute to tender and project support.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Applying and ensuring adherence to standard processes and methodologies

  • Defining and sharing reusable design patterns within your domain

  • Promoting and managing continuous improvement within your team

  • Delivering Train Software according to the Engineering Work Package

  • Deploying Train Control & Information Solutions development procedures and processes

  • Managing and controlling KPIs and reporting to the Software Domain Leader

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

  • Experience or understanding of software development life cycles

  • Knowledge of model-based development tools (e.g., Matlab/Simulink, Control Build)

  • Familiarity with network protocols (MVB, Ethernet, CAN, RS232, RS485)

  • A certification in project management or software development methodologies

  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing teams

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
