HR BUSINESS PARTNER

 

We are looking for a new colleague to join our HR team who will work with us on the recruitment process, is not afraid of any challenge and is able to work independently. Another plus point for you will be your knowledge of English, which you will use on a daily basis.

 

What will be your goal

  • Providing strategic HR partnership to leadership, including advisory on talent management.
  • Leading training and development initiatives, including identifying training needs and delivering programs.
  • Supporting employee engagement and a continuous development culture across the organization.
  • Collaborating with managers on succession planning and key talent development.
  • Analyzing training and development data to ensure program effectiveness and return on investment.
  • Lead the recruitment process and participate in ensuring successful onboarding of new colleagues
  • Administration related to recruitment
  • Actively seeking and approaching candidates
  • Communication and cooperation with other departments of the company
  • Collaboration on the development and improvement of HR processes
  • Participation in various HR projects

Optimal profile of a new colleague

  • High school/university education
  • English language at a communicative level
  • Independence, responsibility
  • Proactivity, attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
