Order to Cash Associate 2

Could you be the full-time Finance - Order to Cash Associate 2 in Cebu, Philippines we’re looking for? 

Your future role:

• Associate 2 is responsible for the effective performance of Accounts Receivable & Cash Management processes assigned.
• Performs the following processes depending on country assignment:

1. Cash allocation and advances posting
2. Billing
3. Reporting Actuals in Polaris
4. Period end activities such as: AR aging and collection report , Advances account reconciliation
5. Other specific task as may be assigned
6. Supports in the resolution of issues and queries
7. Contributes to the effectiveness of the Accounts Receivable/Cash Management process through identification of areas for continuous improvement, providing input and information to achieve problem resolution.
8. Updates SOPs of assigned process including relevant internal control.

All about you (Qualifications):

• Graduate of Accounting related courses, Bs Accountancy, BS Management Accounting, etc.
• With 1-2 years of Accounting related experience preferably Invoicing.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Tools specifically Excel.
• Experience in SAP ERP system is a plus.
• Must be willing to work in Cebu City.
