Could you be the full-time Hub Talent Acquisition Manager  in Casablanca we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your Talent Acquisition expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Sylvie Valentin -Talent Acquisition & Learning manager AMECA (Africa, Middle East & Central – Saint-Ouen, France ), and work alongside  multicultural,  open-minded and kind teammates.

You'll make sure Alstom’s new global talent acquisition strategy is well implementing and help Influence stakeholders to drive improvements on process, people and behaviours at all levels for a high performing recruiting function in your Country/Hub organization. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Business/Team leaders/Sourcing/Communication/Recruitment), partnering with Alstom HR/Business leadership to identify Alstom annual recruitment needs in terms of volume, functions and countries and much more.

You’ll specifically define and deploy the Country talent acquisition strategy with the right channel mix (Early Careers, Referrals, Make/Buy/Borrow) in line with the Regional talent acquisition strategy

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Participate to end to end recruitment process on critical positions
  • Deliver the annual talent acquisition plan
  • Support the digital roadmap orientation and effective tool adoption strategies
  • Help drive employer branding awareness
