Could you be the full-time on site Finance Controlling Manager in Casablanca, we're looking for?

Purpose of the Job

 

  • To support Country Finance Organization for the overall financial planning, analysis and controlling of Morocco
  • To ensure the consistency and delivery of global financial performance and adherence with Country KPIs
  • To coordinate and supervise the financial performance with all related business partners / stakeholders

 

Responsibilities & Objectives

 

  • Coordination, monitoring and analysis of global financial performance (ensure the accuracy, the consistency and adherence of all financial KPIs in close relationship with other operational and support functions)
  • Contribute and supervise to the monthly actual financial reporting and accounting processes
  • Drive the forecast and budget process for the Country
  • Communicate and supervise the financial performance with all related business partners / stakeholders
  • Prepare financials presentations, reports and analysis for local and regional management
  • Support the Country Finance Director for Business Controlling and local compliance
  • Support the project controlling activity
  • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis when requested
  • Support the Tender activity when needed

 

Qualifications / Key requirements:

 

  • Bachelors’s / Master’s degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting or equivalent.
  • A solid experience in budget/forecast, performance controlling (financial controlling, FP&A roles…) and ideally accounting management, 
  • Experience within industrial companies, Transportation/Construction sector is a plus,
  • Strong knowledge in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local statutory standards
  • Ability to perform in a multinational and complex environment, create and manage network and connections with global organization, Product Lines and large list of different stakeholders
  • Good team spirit and managerial skills
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills with ability to respond under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Good knowledge in local tax legislation
  • Fluent in English & French, both written and spoken
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Pack (Excel, PPT, Word…)
