Could you be the full-time Country Security & FM Manager in Casablanca we’re looking for?

 

 

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in security management and general services in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a dynamic and collaborative team of professionals.

 

You'll play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of Alstom employees, assets, and operations within the country. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as procurement, finance, and project management), oversee general services operations, and implement robust security policies and crisis management processes.

 

You’ll specifically take care of developing and maintaining security measures to protect people, assets, and sensitive information, but also managing general services activities, such as building maintenance and operational site facilities.

 

We’ll look to you for

  • Leading and managing the General Services team in the country
  • Overseeing the General Services Administration and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Managing subcontractors working on sites
  • Implementing and updating Alstom’s security policies at the country level
  • Assessing threats and identifying security risks
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders on security matters

  • College degree in Business Administration, law enforcement, security, or equivalent training
  • Experience or understanding of national and/or regional security environments and issues
  • Previous experience in the military, law enforcement, or private security
  • Knowledge of crisis management practices and drafting security plans
  • Familiarity with managing subcontractors, contracts, and general services operations
  • A strong command of English and French (spoken and written)
  • Proven ability to adapt to change, manage multiple tasks, and handle complex situations
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Confidentiality and multicultural sensitivity
  • Experience in organizing and managing teams
