We invite suitably qualified candidates to apply for a 24 months Graduate Programme under Services. The position will report Depot Industrial Engineering Manager and is based at Springfield (KZN) Depot.

 

 

 

 

Job Purpose

The programme offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable skills in the transport rail manufacturing industry. Participants will experience a dynamic and challenging work environment, collaborating with various teams across the organization. The role includes servicing and maintaining high‑quality products, as well as supporting the monitoring of compliance with Gibela’s requirements and standards.

 

 

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Industrialize the manufacturing and maintenance of the product for Manufacturing, Repair centers and Depot Operations, taking into account existing standards & project constraints.
  • Create and update the industrial documentation necessary for all production & maintenance.
  • Participate to the validation of the production process and manufacturing line, as well as to the validation of the process and workstations for electronic subsystems testing, repairs and overhauls.
  • Train the Industrial teams to the safe & efficient execution of production and maintenance activities.

 

 

 

 

 

Minimum Requirements

  • National Diploma in Industrial Engineering
  • B-Tech/Advanced Diploma/BEngTech: Industrial Eng will be advantageous
  • No previous work experience
  • South African citizen between 18 and 35 years of age
  • Excellent communicate skills in English
  • MS Office literate
