Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your project management and leadership expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll drive the successful delivery of rolling stock and depot projects, ensuring alignment with Alstom’s high standards for quality, safety, and performance. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, procurement, and operations), oversee project timelines and budgets, and much more."

We’ll look to you for:

• Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of rolling stock and depot projects within agreed timelines and budgets. 

• Managing cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and project success. 

• Driving risk assessment and mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges. 

• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle. 

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners. 

• Monitoring project performance and implementing continuous improvement measures. 

• Leading contract negotiations and ensuring adherence to contractual obligations. 

• Managing financial performance, including budget control and cost optimization. 

• Reporting project progress and key performance indicators to senior management.

• Degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field. 

• Experience or understanding of project management in rolling stock and depot projects. 

• Knowledge of project lifecycle management, including planning, execution, and delivery. 

• Familiarity with financial and risk management principles in large-scale projects. 

• A certification or communication skill: PMP certification or excellent stakeholder management skills. 

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 

• Leadership and team management skills. 

• Resilience to manage complex challenges and deliver results under pressure.
