We are looking for a Maintenence Supervisor for our Camden, New Jersey facility.

 

In your role as a Maintenence Supervisor of Transportation, you will:

  • Coordinate and Supervise work of Vehicle Technicians that nspect and repair railroad track structure for compliance with railroad policy and federal/state regulations
  • Coordinate and Supervise work of Vehicle Technicians. Prepare work schedules, assign work and oversee work product.
  • Recommends, develops and implements improvements to productivity, quality and efficiency within vehicle maintenance department.
  • Responsible to manage budget through controlling labor and material expenditures.
  • Promote safety rules and safe work habits among team 15%Performs miscellaneous tasks as directed.

Requirements:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent At least five (5) years supervisory experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Field,
  • License/Certificate as Diesel Mechanic or equivalent work experience.
