Could you be the full-time onsite Deputy General Manager Administration in Camden, US we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive and progressively advanced expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, knowledgeable, and collaborative teammates. You'll lead the execution of all projects, ensuring they align with contractual requirements and customer expectations, thus having a direct commercial impact on the company. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including operations, maintenance, customer service, and labor relations), oversee contracts management, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:

10-15 years of progressively increasing responsibility in senior management roles (within the heavy rail industry preferred),
-
Leading the execution of all projects, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements and customer expectations as outlined in the contract charter,
-
Driving project performance by maximizing outcomes related to cash flow and profitability while ensuring timely delivery in accordance with Alstom’s project management standards,
-
Monitoring and upholding the quality, cost, and delivery planning (QCDP) metrics for projects, ensuring adherence to established timelines and budgets,
-
Identifying, proposing, and developing additional business opportunities to the Customer Director/Platform to enhance service offerings and operational efficiency,
-
Protecting Alstom’s legal and contractual rights during project execution and deliverables.

Degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or related field,

Contracts management experience,

Knowledge of project management processes and methodologies,

Experience or understanding of heavy rail industry operations and management (preffered),

Familiarity with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements (e.g., FRA, FTA),
-
Excellent communication and negotiation skills,
-
Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team,

Cost management and budgeting expertise,
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities,
-
Adaptability to change and resilience in the face of challenges.
