Your future role
"Take on a new challenge and apply your project management and leadership expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll drive impactful change by identifying and managing site capital projects while supporting improvements in Delivery, Quality, Cost, and Safety. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (local site teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and leadership), mentor and motivate teams to implement agreed improvements, and much more."
We’ll look to you for:

Identifying and documenting the scope of work, and developing effort, Business plan, cost, schedule (WBS), and resource estimates while identifying risks and opportunities.,

Developing project plans that define the project process, lifecycle phases, and plans for managing generated data.,

Establishing the Project Team and defining their roles and responsibilities, as well as the necessary knowledge and skills required.,

Collaborating with local Site teams at all levels to develop integrated supporting management processes and procedures.,

Capturing and understanding the latest industry innovations and best practices both within Alstom worldwide and externally.,
-
Converting industry best practices into actionable strategies that add value to the Project/Business Operations.,

Supporting the delivery of complex projects through to successful completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.,

Driving resilience, adaptability, and continuous improvement in project execution.

Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent related experience). ,

Experience or understanding of construction, project management, or cost estimation. ,

Knowledge of project lifecycle phases, risk management, and resource planning. ,

Familiarity with the transportation industry and/or managing complex projects. ,

Ability to identify and implement process improvements. ,

Leadership and team-building skills to motivate and guide diverse teams. ,

Adaptability to integrate industry innovations and best practices. ,

Resilience to manage challenges and deliver on objectives. ,
