We are looking for a passionate Trouble Shooter Engineer who thrives on solving complex technical challenges and ensuring operational excellence. You will work alongside dedicated teams to diagnose, analyze, and resolve issues that keep our rail systems running safely and efficiently. Your Role, Your Impact

  • Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to ensure system scalability and reliability across rolling stock platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate troubleshooting activities and share technical insights for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure reliability of traction, braking, and signaling systems through advanced diagnostic tools and predictive maintenance techniques.
  • Drive innovation by applying digital tools such as Alstom TrainTracer and data analytics to optimize performance and reduce downtime.
  • Promote knowledge sharing by documenting best practices and mentoring junior engineers in fault analysis and system recovery.
You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

What You Bring

  • Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems within rolling stock environments.
  • Proficiency in diagnostic tools such as TrainTracer, Oscilloscope, and SAP maintenance modules.
  • Field experience of more than 3 years.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and system schematics for fault isolation.
  • Experience with reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) and root cause analysis (RCA) methodologies.
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on safety, precision, and continuous learning.
