We are looking for a passionate Trouble Shooter Engineer who thrives on solving complex technical challenges and ensuring operational excellence. You will collaborate with dedicated teams to maintain and enhance the reliability of our rail systems, driving continuous improvement and innovation in every project.

Your Role, Your Impact

  • Diagnose and resolve complex system faults using advanced diagnostic tools and data analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and preventive maintenance strategies.
  • Ensure system reliability through root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to innovation by integrating new technologies and digital maintenance solutions.
  • Share technical knowledge and best practices across teams to strengthen collective expertise.
You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

What You Bring

  • Proficiency in fault diagnosis using systems like TrainTracer or SCADA.
  • Experience with reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) and FMEA methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of traction and braking systems in rolling stock.
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation and electrical schematics effectively.
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and safety culture.

  • On-time resolution of technical issues and adherence to service KPIs.
  • Effective collaboration with maintenance and engineering teams to optimize performance.
  • Reduction in recurring faults and measurable improvement in system reliability.
