Could you be the full-time Transfer of Technology (TT) Manager in Borg Elarab - Alexandria we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your transfer of technology expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.
You’ll ensure the smooth transfer of technology (TT) activities across regions and projects, driving quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) performance. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Bid Managers, Industrial Solution Managers, and TT Project Managers), [supervise TT project execution, and foster synergies across sites] and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of [\supporting TT agreement negotiations and consolidating TT costing, but also deploying and improving TT processes and animating the TT community.
We’ll look to you for:
Supporting TT Agreement negotiations during the tender stage
Collaborating on the preparation of Industrial Master Plans
Estimating TT resources and defining TT content (e.g., documentation, training, assistance, and materials)
Supervising and supporting TT Project Managers during project execution, ensuring QCD performance
Participating in the REX (Return of Experience) of TT activities
Monitoring critical T-Gate Reviews and leading special missions (e.g., clarifications, recovery plans) as needed
Deploying and improving RSC TT processes and ensuring a common way of working
Optimizing synergies through shared databases and best practices
Animating the TT community through seminars, training, and collaboration
Recommending TT organization and resources for regions and sites
Providing periodic reporting to RS Central Industrial and Platform teams
Promoting the Alstom Code of Ethics and adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct

Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field
Experience or understanding of transfer of technology processes and project management from 5 to 8 years of experience
Knowledge of QCD management and industrial planning
Familiarity with process optimization and cross-functional collaboration
A PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to foster collaboration across diverse teams and regions
