Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your organizational and coordination expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside passionate and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of training programs that empower our teams to excel and grow. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Maintenance, Operations, and HR), manage training logistics, and contribute to the implementation of innovative competency management systems, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of designing and coordinating training management plans, but also support trainers, participants, and managers throughout the process.
We’ll look to you for:

Preparation of the Training Management Plan

Coordination of training material preparation
-
Management of training planning (forecast, execution, follow-up) and associated reporting to management
-
Managing and coordinating logistics and requirements for training execution (planning, travel, training environment)

Providing support for participants, trainers, and Line & HR Managers along the process
-
Coordinating the order and purchasing process for vendors
-
Managing training evaluations and capitalizing on lessons learned (REX)
-
Implementing a fully integrated training and competency management system, including dynamic and interactive training and assessment, with support from Maintenance and Operations Directors
-
Incorporating standards and processes for training and enforcing the implementation of standardized tools and reporting
-
Implementing, managing, and improving tools required for efficient competency management

Ensuring compliance with HSE legal obligations, local regulations, company policies, processes, and initiatives, including railway safety and safety-critical task requirements

Creating a network of Key Instructors in areas of expertise for the various subsystems under the O&M scope of work

Reviewing and developing training materials from suppliers and/or internal sources

Bachelor’s Degree (minimum requirement)

2–3 years of experience in an equivalent function

Strong organizational and communication skills

Multicultural sensitivity and the ability to coordinate and follow up on multiple tasks from start to finish

Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to manage unexpected or short-notice requirements
-
Proficiency with IT tools such as Excel, Word, and LMS
-
Excellent interpersonal and networking skills to foster open dialogue and collaboration

Teamwork and collaboration mindset

Fluency in English, both written and spoken
