Key accountabilities:

At tender stage:

o Support to TT Agreement negotiation until agreement.

o Support on region request the Bid Manager and Industrial Solution Manager to setup and consolidated TT Costing

o Support Receiver in the preparation of the Industrial Master Plan

o Estimate TT Resource and Organisation needed

o Define the TT content (Documentation, Training, Assistance, Material, etc…)

At Project execution stage:

o Supervise and support TT Project Manager including QCD, TT project organization, Contractual & Invoicing

o Participate to the REX of TT

o Monitor (Attend on demand) T-Gate Reviews on critical Transfers.

o Lead special mission (Clarification, Recovery plan) on demand.

TT Organization:

o Deploy & improve RSC TT Process and ensure common Way of Working.

o Optimize synergies [Efficient shared database (Costing, REX, Audit, Travels, and Best Practices) ….]

o Animate TT Community ( Yearly seminar, Process Training with Site TT representative and PrTTMs )

o Recommend TT Organisation and Resources for Regions and Sites.

o Periodic reporting to RS Central Industrial and Platform.

Ø Promoting the Alstom Code of Ethics and adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct.

Performance measurements:

§ QCD of all the TT activities for the Platform.

§ Quality of the Product and Process transferred, and maintained site maturity mapping.

§ Pair recognition as metier representative
