Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing, leading and coordinating the Sub-Systems Project controls scope (Planning, Cost / change controls, PMO and reporting) within the Sub-Systems structure
• Responsible for developing, maintaining, and implementation of the Sub-Systems project controls procedures, process in light of the department objectives and strategy
• Support the Sub-Systems project controls team in Performing their duties thought technical guidance and priorities assignment.
• Coordinate and represent the Subsystems Project controls team in interface with various functions.
• Ensuring the timely and quality issuance of team deliverables.
• Responsible for the Subsystems PC teams development and learning
• Responsible for coordination and interface with other Project controls functions (Planning, Cost/ change controls and PMO)
• Responsible for consolidating outputs and deliverables from Sub-System PC team
• Interface with Subcontractors for escalations and support
• Responsible for developing a set of KPIs and tracking tools and ensuring subsystem work is progressing thru the project life cycle including escalations when needed

Requirements

• 12 to 20 years of Experience (Transportation projects experience is a plus)
• Project Management, Planning and Scheduling Skills is a must. (Project Controls experience is a plus)
• Excellent knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good Knowledge of presentation and reporting skills.
• Team Player with Good presentation and leadership skills
• Experience in MS Power BI and TILOS is a plus.
• Ability to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment.
• PMP or Planning Certificates such as PMI-SP or PSP are a plus
• Fluent in English language.
