Site HR Administration specialists Management

- PMC follow-up for all N-1
- Coordinate and ensure animation of Site HR Administration specialists / coordinators network in order to ensure harmonization of practices in the concerned country (Calls, dedicated presentations…)
- Support the definition of new processes or tools to ensure the best productivity
- Ensure the transmission of information from Central to Sites
Payroll related projects

- Referent and coordinator on payroll related projects
- Milestones follow-up and reporting to hierarchy
- Coordination with all stakeholders
- Training and change management
Implementation of ALSTOM collective agreements

- Analysis on the operational feasibility on the operational proposals to be made during negotiation phase
- Transcription of need into payroll/admin need to ensure implementation
- Communication on operational treatment of measures contains in these agreements
- Training if needed of HR population on these matters
Internal and external audits

- Main contact on internal audits
- Main contact on internal audits and legal authorities
- Ensure QMS and all related documents are up to date
