Key accountabilities:

  • For the Project Office under his / her responsibility and by delegation from Country MD and AMECA Sig & Infra VP:
    • Ensure projects financial & operational performance
    • Manage contracts execution
    • Manage Workload in line with  DIS Workload strategy
    • Manage EHS
    • Manage Field Operations activities for projects
    • Implement and ensure right application of Quality Management System
    • Ensure that DIS Standard Processes are deployed
    • Ensure that DIS global strategy & action plans are deployed and applied
  • • Support business development and sales activities in partnership with Country Business Development, Solution Directors and Regional Marketing
  • • Give inputs to the Tender strategy
      
    Performance measurements: (OTD, QCD, Sales, PMC, Orders, Gross margin, etc.)
  • Project Office KPIs:
    • Finance (GM, sales, POH, cash)
  • Planning (OTD & other planning related KPIs)
    • Projects QCD
  • Compliance Process
  • • Quality (GR GO On time, GR On time, Costs of Non-Quality, ISO compliance)
  • • EHS KPIs (IFR1, IFR2)
  • • Customer satisfaction

 

Competencies & Skills 

 

Good knowledge and expertise of Signalling and Infrastructure products and solutions.

 

  • Proven experience in project management

Educational Requirements:

Mandatory:

  • Graduate Degree in Engineering or Business field
  • At least 15 years of PM experience in rail or related business, or project engineering industry.
  • High proficiency in organization’s project management methodology

 

Desirable:

  • Good knowledge and connections with Transport clients / customers in the Country
  • Master of Business Administration or Project Management
