Could you be the full-time Services Sales Growth & Operational Excellence Leader in Cairo, we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your **strategic and operational management** expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside **dynamic and forward-thinking** teammates.
You’ll **drive our services growth and operational excellence across the region**. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (**sales, finance, engineering, and regional clusters**), **standardize processes, monitor KPIs, and build strong customer relationships**, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of **analyzing and updating the Installed Base to identify new service opportunities**, but also **developing obsolescence and cybersecurity management plans tailored to customer needs**.
We’ll look to you for:

Analyzing and updating the Installed Base to identify new service opportunities and improve coverage

Building and presenting obsolescence and cybersecurity management plans to customers
-
Standardizing and industrializing AMECA services activities, from offers catalogues to bid proposals and execution
-
Driving operational performance monitoring and KPIs (e.g., hit rate, client satisfaction, on-time delivery) and circulating these indicators monthly
-
Ensuring operational tools (e.g., GSI, APSYS, Maximo, WallC) are implemented, accurate, and actively used
-
Establishing governance with cluster sales managers to ensure timely closure of offers and orders
-
Collaborating with finance to ensure accurate booking of opportunities, GM, sales, and cash
-
Generating required reports and presentations on a monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc basis

Developing lobbying action plans and building relationships with partners, authorities, and external stakeholders
-
Assessing markets, proposing strategic actions, and providing consolidated market overviews
-
Influencing customer specifications to align with Alstom’s interests and systematically adopting the Find Plan process
-
Providing timely updates in the CRM tool (WallC) and supporting tender leaders during the handover process

Graduate degree in engineering or business field (mandatory)

Master of Business Administration or equivalent (desirable)

At least 10 years’ experience in rail or related business, or project engineering industry

High proficiency in the organization’s products and services

Good knowledge and connections with transport clients/customers in the country/cluster/region (desirable)

Strong relationship development skills with customers, government authorities, and internal stakeholders

Competitive awareness and ability to highlight Alstom’s value against competitors

Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities

Proactive and efficient responses to challenges in a demanding and changing environment
