Could you be the full-time Quality Engineer -Rolling Stock in Egypt we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive quality engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates. You'll ensure the highest standards of Quality Assurance and Quality Control are seamlessly integrated within our subcontractors’ operations to Alstom's satisfaction. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain), review and verify equipment installation method statements, and much more."

We’ll look to you for:

  • Performing Quality Assurance validations for Inspection Test Records (ITRs) prior to their release to customers,

  • Conducting thorough reviews of subcontractors' Quality Control plans and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs),

  • Developing and implementing Quality Assurance strategies and processes to enhance product quality and reliability,

  • Monitoring and reporting on quality performance metrics to senior management and recommending improvements

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.,

  • Experience or understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) processes in the manufacturing or transportation industry.,

  • Familiarity with rolling stock or similar heavy industrial equipment.,3-5 years of experience in Railway projects rolling stock
