Your Future Role
Take on a new challenge and apply your project control engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.
You'll be responsible for managing, leading and coordinating the assigned Sub-System (s) Project controls scope (Planning, Cost / change controls, PMO and reporting) within the Sub-Systems structure
You’ll specifically take care of delivering Turnkey project, making sure they align with contractual requirements and customer expectations.
We’ll look to you for:
- Implementation of the Sub-Systems project controls procedures, process in light of the department objectives and strategy.
- Responsible for developing and implementing a set of KPIs and tracking tools and ensuring subsystem work is progressing thru the project life cycle including escalations when needed.
- Coordinate and provide the relevant information to other Project controls team (Planning, cost and changes & PMO).
- Ensuring the timely and quality issuance of the subcontractors deliverables.
- Responsible for claims to and from relevant subcontractors and protecting Alstom position and contractual rights related to schedule and cost.
- Responsible for managing, leading and coordinating the assigned Sub-System (s) Project controls scope (Planning, Cost / change controls, PMO and reporting) within the Sub-Systems structure
- Responsible for implementation of the Sub-Systems project controls procedures, process in light of the department objectives and strategy
- Work under the technical guidance and following the assigned tasks of the Sub-Systems project controls Manager
- Work under the direction of the relevant PM with regard to strategy and day to day activities
- Support other functions subsystem team to achieve their assigned targets
- Coordinate and provide the relevant information to other Project controls team (Planning, cost and changes & PMO)
- Ensuring the timely and quality issuance of the subcontractors deliverables.
- Responsible for developing and implementing a set of KPIs and tracking tools and ensuring subsystem work is progressing thru the project life cycle including escalations when needed
- Responsible for Planning input in the EOT claims with subcontractors.
- Responsible for claims to and from relevant subcontractors and protecting Alstom position and contractual rights related to schedule and cost

- 5 to 10 years of Experience (Transportation projects experience is a plus)
- Project Management, Planning and Scheduling Skills is a must. (Project Controls experience is a plus)
- Excellent knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Experience in MS Power BI and TILOS is a plus.
- PMP or Planning Certificates such as PMI-SP or PSP are a plus
- Team Player with Good presentation, leadership and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English language.
