Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your project planning expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside passionate, motivated, and dedicated teammates.

You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering Turnkey projects, ensuring they align with contractual requirements and exceed customer expectations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including project teams and subsystem project controls teams), manage interfaces with stakeholders such as civil partners and clients, and support the project team in understanding project activities and schedules.

You’ll specifically take care of developing, maintaining, and monitoring client and working schedules, but also analyzing data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for project optimization.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Developing, maintaining, and monitoring client and working schedules by coordinating with project teams and subsystem project controls teams.
  • Supporting the project team in understanding project activities and logical sequences.
  • Managing interfaces with civil partners and the client to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Providing planning inputs for project claims and extensions of time (EOT).
  • Tracking, monitoring, and forecasting progress for all project activities.
  • Issuing accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports, as well as ad-hoc reports as required.
  • Providing clear visibility to relevant teams on project plans, schedules, status, and records.
  • Analyzing project schedule data and offering recommendations and recovery options.
  • Developing and issuing monitoring and controlling schedule KPIs, as well as producing data visualizations and interactive dashboards.
  • Conducting root-cause analyses and trend analyses to anticipate and report potential risks or opportunities.
  • Maintaining project database records and documents with precision and accuracy.

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • 10+ years of experience (experience in transportation projects is a plus).
  • Strong project management, planning, and scheduling skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong presentation and reporting skills.
  • A team player with excellent collaboration, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in MS Power BI and TILOS is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • PMP or planning certifications such as PMI-SP or PSP are a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required.
