We are looking for a passionate Senior Installation Field Engineer to lead the design, installation, and commissioning of advanced rail systems. You will collaborate with dedicated teams to deliver safe, reliable, and efficient mobility solutions that transform cities and connect communities.

Your Role, Your Impact

  • Lead on-site installation activities ensuring scalability and compliance with Alstom’s engineering standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate installation schedules and resolve technical challenges.
  • Ensure reliability through rigorous testing, validation, and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Drive innovation by implementing digital tools and continuous improvement methodologies in field operations.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and mentor junior engineers to strengthen technical excellence across teams.
You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

What You Bring

  • Proficiency in interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics using AutoCAD or EPLAN.
  • Hands-on experience with signaling systems such as ETCS or CBTC.
  • Strong understanding of installation quality assurance and safety management systems.
  • Ability to coordinate subcontractors and manage site documentation using digital tools like SAP or Primavera.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and technical excellence in field engineering practices.
