Could you be the full-time Sr. Cost Control in Egypt we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your Cost Control expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.

You’ll be following the Cost and change control management plans and related process, procedures, division of responsibilities, templates and ensure stakeholders buy in to the relevant process and output.

 

You’ll specifically take care of delivering Turnkey project, making sure it aligns with contractual requirements and customer expectations. 

We’ll look to you to:

  • Responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring the project cash in/out plans with respect to the relevant contractual clauses, project schedule and targets by coordinating with the project team and subsystem project controls team.
  • Responsible for the development of cash and sales detailed plan and scenarios for budgeting, forecast management and providing the stakeholders with Realtime status of the cash and sales position.
  • Responsible for development, updating and reporting project labor and Headcount report with respect to the functional input and Human resources plans.
  • Develop and maintain cost data base utilizing contractual data, variations proposals, quotations, and any other relevant data to ensure having accurate references and benchmarks
  • Following change control management process in accordance with the corporate and project procedure including ensuring the proper recording and analysis of each change and close the process within Change KPI’s
  • Attend CCB meeting and ensure team engagement and reach along with providing the required assistance and support for the team through the change process.

  • 5 to 8 years of Experience
  • Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of ERP or equivalent is a plus
  • PMP or cost certificates are a plus
  • Fluent in English language
