We are looking for a passionate Senior AFC T&C Engineer to lead the testing and commissioning of advanced Automatic Fare Collection systems. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver reliable, secure, and efficient solutions that keep cities moving and passengers connected.

Your Role, Your Impact

  • Lead the end-to-end testing and commissioning of AFC subsystems ensuring scalability and integration with signaling and communication networks.
  • Collaborate with design, software, and operations teams to align technical deliverables with project milestones and customer expectations.
  • Ensure system reliability through rigorous validation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization using diagnostic tools and simulation platforms.
  • Drive innovation by implementing new testing methodologies and automation frameworks to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and mentoring within the T&C team to strengthen technical capabilities and standardize best practices.
You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.


What you will bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering/Communication.
  • 2 to 7 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Experience or understanding of AFC systems, and communication protocols.
  • Knowledge of MSN networks and VLANs.
  • Ability to interpret electrical schematic diagrams effectively.
  • Strong organizational and scheduling skills to manage test progress.
  • Commitment to safety and compliance with EHS standards.

  • Effective collaboration with engineering, operations, and client teams to ensure smooth handover.
  • Reduction in system defects and improved operational efficiency through proactive issue resolution.
