Could you be the full-time Telecommunication Installation lead Engineer in Egypt we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your Automation Testing expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.

You’ll Manage and organize site activities, including sites facilities, resources plan, site access, tools. Manage the Installation Works for Communication equipment and related performance, including monitoring and leading actions on planning, risks, opportunities.

 

You’ll specifically take care of delivering Turnkey project, making sure it aligns with contractual requirements and customer expectations. 

We’ll look to you to:

  • Deliver and maintain of Installation plans, procedures, Work Method Statements, in compliance with standard processes and products specifications
  • Support the management of the Work Package of Installation for all Communications systems.
  • Manage Sub-contractors, including monitoring of quality and delivery through site visits for all project WON & EON, coordination meetings, inspections, and assessments
  • Manage the interfaces with Third Parties such as Consultant, Client representative NAT, Civil Work partners, etc…
  • Contribute to best practices definition and REX within the Product Line
  • Ensure compliance to EHS (Zero deviation) through, site inspections, people assessment etc.
  • Fluency in English language is mandatory.

  • Telecommunication Engineer degree 10 years of total experiences.
  • 5+ years of experience in managing team and installation activity.
  • Strong experience on railway site management & Installation for Communication systems.
  • Experience of management by Quality, Cost and Delivery objectives preferred
  • Hands-on experience on Customer relationship, Consultant in technical topics preferred
  • Quality-focused, rigorous, team-player and EHS responsibility.
  • Resilience, with an analytic way of thinking in order to solve Field complex deviations and issues
