You’ll specifically take care of supervising the SCADA subcontractor in the execution of T&C procedures and logging test results but also preparing SCADA test plans and managing test schedules.
We’ll look to you for:
- Supervising the SCADA subcontractor in the execution of the T&C procedures of SCADA and RTU equipment, while logging test results and anomalies.
- Applying comprehensive knowledge of PLC / SCADA / DCS systems architecture, Windows server HW/SW installation, and HMI software.
- Ensuring solid understanding and application of substation automation systems and communication protocols (IEC 61850, 60870-5-104, MODBUS, BACNET, SNMP, OPC DA & UA, RIO).
- Interpreting electrical schematic diagrams with accuracy.
- Supporting the preparation of SCADA test plans and test procedure documents.
- Managing the test schedule on a day-to-day basis according to SCADA interface priorities.
- Reviewing test progress and reporting test status to the T&C Manager.
- Ensuring the availability of equipment necessary for all scheduled tests and the use of certified calibrated tools/instruments.
- Processing delivery sheets and Change Request Forms of the system.
- Consolidating and managing test schedule-booking requests and keeping the T&C Manager informed.
- Ensuring compliance with EHS policies and guidelines at the site.
- Providing feedback to management regarding customer satisfaction, product performance, and suggestions for improvements.
