Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your Railway expertise in a new cutting-edge field.

To take responsibility for Rolling Stock & Depot equipment maintenance focusing on asset life cycle management, leading the preventive and corrective maintenance activities based on the approved plans.

To guarantee the stability of infrastructure system.

We will be looking to you to:

Quality, Health, Safety & Environment

  • Manage safety systems and processes.
  • Manage quality systems and processes together with QA.
  • Conduct accident/safety investigations.

 

Technically

  • Perform day to day management for the Maintenance team.
  • Follow up and carry out the preventive maintenance activities and intervals.
  • Track and report configuration changes applied to the fleet.
  • Troubleshooting of the train and the depot equipment.
  • Improve safety and operation effectiveness.
  • Report on regular basis to the unit manager with the maintenance progress statistics.
  • Conducting Failure reports for all corrective maintenance activities.
  • Ensure technical coordination between the various maintenance departments.
  • Ensure the performance target through QCD aspects.
  • Coordinate and ensure the stock availability for the related maintenance activities.
  • Manage and follow maintenance documentation cycles (checklist, operating procedure,..etc).
  • Monitor and analyse the behaviour of trainsets (anomalies or damage, etc.), operating conditions.
  • Apply EHS requirements on site with the support of EHS team representatives.

Required Experience 

  • Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
  • At least 3 - 5 years’ relevant experience in Railway industry
