Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your technical expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a collaborative, innovative, and safety-focused team.

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal performance, reliability, and safety of our trains. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as engineering, operations, and quality assurance), perform both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

You’ll specifically take care of diagnostics and troubleshooting, as well as testing and verifying maintenance work, but also ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

We’ll look to you for:

• Performing scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to ensure train availability and reliability

• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues using pneumatic and electrical schematics

• Conducting tests and verifications to meet safety and quality standards

• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and checklists

• Coordinating tools, equipment, and spare parts for maintenance tasks

• Contributing to continuous improvement by recommending productivity enhancements

• Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and environmental health standards

• Supporting fleet checks and operational helpdesk activities

• Diploma in electrical or mechanical maintenance

• Experience or understanding of train maintenance practices

• Knowledge of pneumatic and electrical schematic diagrams

• Familiarity with safety standards and quality systems

• A certification in EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) or equivalent

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
