You’ll specifically take care of defining and implementing project fleet strategies to meet customer contractual requirements, but also managing resources to achieve production plans.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Defining and implementing project fleet strategies to align with customer needs

  • Managing day-to-day customer relationships and ensuring high service provision

  • Analyzing logs, events, and incidents to define and coordinate corrective actions

  • Creating contractual and technical reports to explain incidents and performance

  • Scheduling and overseeing maintenance plans to meet availability targets

  • Leading and developing the Fleet Support Centre team

  • Optimizing depot operations to balance workload and costs

  • Identifying and managing risks to ensure safety and operational efficiency

  • Collaborating with engineering to improve reliability and performance

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Degree or equivalent qualifications in an engineering or production discipline

  • Experience in rail, maintenance, or production industries (minimum 5 years)

  • Knowledge of railway and rolling stock systems

  • Familiarity with maintenance management information systems

  • A solid understanding of depot operating rules and procedures

  • Strong communication, organizational, and report-writing skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant IT tools (e.g., SAP, SES, Accomis)

  • Team spirit and the ability to lead, coach, and develop a team

  • Planning and organizational skills to manage complex workflows

Things you’ll enjoy

Join us on a life-long transformative journey – the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career. You’ll also:

  • Enjoy stability, challenges, and a long-term career free from boring daily routines

  • Work with new security standards for rail signalling

  • Collaborate with transverse teams and helpful colleagues

  • Contribute to innovative projects and cutting-edge technology

  • Utilise our inclusive and dynamic working environment

  • Steer your career in whatever direction you choose across functions and countries

  • Benefit from our investment in your development, through award-winning learning

  • Progress towards leadership roles or specialized technical positions

You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
