Take on a new challenge and apply your technical and operational expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a dedicated and collaborative team of professionals.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the performance, reliability, and maintenance of monorail rolling stock, depot equipment, and train onboard systems. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across operations, maintenance units, and supply chain management, lead maintenance activities, and drive continuous improvement in performance and reliability.
You’ll specifically take care of managing the entire fleet lifecycle, including operation, maintenance, and upgrades, but also leading a team of engineers in achieving optimal performance and safety standards.
We’ll look to you for:

Acting as the technical and operational owner for monorail rolling stock, train onboard systems, and depot equipment.

Developing and implementing fleet management strategies to ensure availability, reliability, and performance.

Planning and optimizing preventive, corrective, and overhaul maintenance programs.

Establishing failure reporting systems and leading root cause analysis to enhance reliability.

Implementing asset management practices aligned with lifecycle cost optimization.
-
Leading a team of engineers, ensuring competency through training and development programs.

Managing spare parts, tools, and consumables to support maintenance and operational demands.

Coordinating depot activities to ensure rolling stock availability and efficient workflows.

Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and internal policies.

Monitoring and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) such as fleet availability, MTBF, and MTTR.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Railway Engineering.

8–12 years of experience in railway, metro, or monorail systems.

Proven experience in rolling stock maintenance, fleet management, and depot operations.

Strong background in asset and maintenance management.

PMP or CMRP certification is a plus.

Expertise in rolling stock systems and depot equipment.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Proficiency in failure analysis and problem-solving.

Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
