Could you be the full-time Reliability Growth engineer  in Cairo we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your system-level configuration expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and compliance of our systems. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, operations, and maintenance), support FRACAS processes, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of importing system configurations into Maximo/GSI, but also input critical configuration details like software revisions and serial numbers.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Importing system configurations into Maximo/GSI

  • Inputting configuration details (e.g., software revisions, serial numbers)

  • Supporting FRACAS (Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System)

  • Ensuring visibility on train status, faults, and design changes

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with change management processes

  • Maintaining and managing data integrity in configuration systems

  • Engineering degree

  • Experience with configuration and change management

  • Familiarity with RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety) and system assurance processes

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
