We’ll look to you for:
-
Acting as the technical owner for key rail systems, ensuring their lifecycle management, operation, and maintenance.
-
Planning, supervising, and optimizing preventive, corrective, and overhaul maintenance activities.
-
Establishing structured failure reporting and conducting root cause analysis to develop actionable improvements.
-
Leading and developing a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians while fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
-
Optimizing the management of spare parts, tools, and consumables to ensure operational readiness.
-
Coordinating effectively across operational interfaces and supporting project milestones and performance targets.
-
Ensuring strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards while promoting a zero-incident safety culture.
-
Monitoring system performance, defining KPIs, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
