We are seeking a passionate Rolling stock Quality Engineer to drive excellence in rail solutions, collaborating with dedicated teams to ensure every train meets the highest standards. As a professional and team manager, you will own complex challenges and contribute to a legacy of safe, reliable mobility.

Your Role, Your Impact

  • Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure scalable and sustainable rolling stock operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality standards throughout project lifecycles.
  • Conduct inspections of trains to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
  • Monitor and enhance reliability by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Champion innovation by introducing new quality methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across teams to elevate performance.
You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in quality engineering or rail industry.
  • Proficiency in quality management systems, root cause analysis, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong understanding of rolling stock systems, manufacturing processes, and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills with a focus on ownership and accountability.
