MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Description
• Deliver Monthly Reliability report per project in accordance with QCD and/or contractual commitments for the Projects of his / her Group
• Apply the applicable AT Engineering/RAM processes & instructions.
• Support APSYS implementation and ensuring the successful execution of projects related to safety and risk management.
• Issue the monthly maintenance report including the RAMS calculations in accordance with the contract.
• General Data Analysis Support for the Project.
• Develop and maintain train maintenance schedules in accordance with operational needs and contractual requirements and Coordinate with operations and engineering teams to ensure timely execution of maintenance activities.
KPI Measurement :
• Issue periodic reliability reports on time, compliant to the defined standard
• Statistical analysis to identify technical weaknesses
• Compliance to Alstom Transport/Engineering processes & instructions for RAM

Accountable for :
1. Ensuring that the periodic Reliability report has been issued on time & with the right level of quality
2. Raising an issue at N+1 in case of gaps / abnormality.
Responsible for :
1. Managing a good interface with Services/Warranty Implementation (WI) depots to assure they perform properly the activities described in Reliability Demonstration Plan
2. Challenging positively Services/WI to capture the relevant and full data in RailSys Light
3. Providing feedback to Services/WI depots to improve / correct the database logged in RailSys Light
4. Ensuring that the quality of the data provided to implement a new Service/WI depot is at the right level & delivered on time
5. Applying the applicable AT Engineering/RAM processes & instructions.

Educational Requirements
Mandatory:
- Graduate in Engineering or Industrial
- English
Desirable:
- Master’s degree in Engineering
Experience
Mandatory:
- Several years of technical & Data analytics experience, either mechanical or electrical / electronic engineering
- Railway safety & RAM
- Rolling Srock experience
Desirable:
- General Railway Operation and Maintenance Knowledge
- Field Experience
- Problem Solving skills
- Customer contact
