Alstom has been in Egypt since 1978, with vast experience in the Egyptian Urban and Mainlines Markets.


Alstom Transport with vast experience in the Rolling Stock, Signaling, and Infrastructure activities participated in the construction of Cairo Metro Lines (1, 2, and 3) with the renovation of the 52 Rolling Stock Units for line 1. 


Also, Alstom served the Egyptian Railways market through delivering Engineering, Power Supply, Construction, Maintenance and Trainings of Signaling, Centralized Control, and Infrastructure of railway projects such as, Giza-Beni Suef, Beni Suef-Assuit, and Cairo-Alexandria lines.

Clients, customs brokers, transport companies , procurement, quality, project management , finance, EHS, facility, installation team, HR & sourcing. Will be reporting to Country Supply Chain Manager.



Project Warehouse Manager is essential role to any project organization to protect its own interest with external stakeholders and facilitate the operation and minimize the delays by physical existence to follow up all steps with client or customs or governmental entities related to all imported/exported project materials.                              



  1. Warehouse set-up (Flows & Process)
  2. Insure applying all warehouse physical transactions in safe mood.
  3. Goods receipt processing into ERP or any other WH management tool.
  4. Monitor the storage condition (by referring to the standards)
  5. Check the coherency of the stock (between physical & informatical) through periodic counting.
  6. Issue a visual quality check during the stock take (rust…)
  7. Organize the shipping with the transportation company.
  8. Receipt goods against a repair order.
  9. Report all the warehouse assets (racking, shelving, IS, etc.)
  10. Reduce the structural risks of our Supply Chain and raise its efficiency.
  11. To successfully  deploy  best-practices  to reach world-class excellence  in  Supply  Chain; Implementation of ALSTOM Business Excellence.
  12. Manage the warehouse team.
  13. Locate the material inside the warehouse.
  14. Perform Inventory.
  15. Control the list of tools on site calibration.
  16. Control the material (Inbound/Out-Bound).
  17. Deploy 5S standards in the warehouse.


Qualifications & Skills:


Bachelors degree 

Post-graduate Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management is preferred

  • Attention to details

  • Good communication skills



At least 5 years Experience in Warehouse Operations.


  • Language Skills: Arabic and English (French will be an advantage)
  • IT Skills: Microsoft office applications.
  • Location for the role :- New Cairo with some travells within Egypt.
